You originally claimed Red Bull is the place where careers go to die.
I did not say what team did better for their drivers. I said how does all the teams on the grid compare to Red Bull. There are 22 drivers.

But lets analyse your woke BS about Mercedes.
In the modern professional era Merc has only 7 DWC. This is now real facts, not your woke BS facts. They only have one multiple champion. The multiple is important as you mentioned careers went to die.

So as to careers going to die I asked to compare it to all the teams, but even comparing to the best other team. Red Bull have 2 multiple champions and 8 DWC.

I will wait for your next low IQ comment.

BTW why would you want to talk about constructors if we talking about driver's careers?

I think, on balance, a good call. Red Bull don't appear to be that far off the pace, at least on Max's side of the garage. They also have a strong history of developing their way back into a title fight so I am sure that given enough time, Max will be fighting for wins again.

Of course, this is bad news for the Red Bull juniors who may have been eyeing up that seat when the talk of Max leaving was rife. But they will have to bide their time.
 
I would have loved Max in a Merc, but I'm sure he would have done his homework regarding Red Bulls future/rate of development.
 
Red Bull pays Max all the money he wants. They give him freedom to do other racing and Sim racing. They sponsor other teams for him.
What other team will do that? Why would he leave Red Bull?
He have stated many times he does not care about how many championships he wins. He just want to enjoy himself and be tested. Without Red Bull he would probably leave F1.

He will have an escape clause so that he can get out early if he is not a championship contender by the end of next year ......
He wouldn't lock himself in for 4 years in a poor car so they must have promised him a vast improvement.

What narrative genius? 16 years is 2010 when Merc joined again. It makes zero difference in stats if I said 2004 when red Bull started.

F1 is the pinnacle of motorsport genius. If other teams want to give average drivers a "career" then its probably the reason they at the back of the field.

It is more than just a salary.

Red Bull allow him to indulge his other passions, passions which you might argue are greater than F1. He is allowed to enter GT races with Red Bull's support, including financial support through sponsorship of his own racing team.

I highly doubt Red Bull would continue sponsoring his GT and sim racing teams if he left and which other team on the grid would support his endeavours away from F1 the way Red Bull has?
