ahhh....I missed 1 VPS. now it's disabled.
any idea how to enable it?move it pay as you go? support?I get:

I suppose it says contact support....but if pay as you go might help i might choose that option rather.

Getting the same but for the JHB region. How did you resolve it?

I tried terminating the instance and creating a new one, but now I get a different error:

Out of capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain AD-1. Create the instance in a different availability domain or try again later.If you specified a fault domain, try creating the instance without specifying a fault domain. If that doesn’t work, please try again later.

EDIT: I have not switched to PAYG (yet)
