I’ve noticed some users posting AI summaries in some threads. If I wanted an AI summary I’d just ask AI myself.

*EDIT* I see SpamST also replied. I feel the same way about his spam as I do about the unsolicited AI summaries.

Yeah it's a fine line, sometimes I've thought about deleting an AI-sourced post.

With some chatbots, if you ask them to keep it short they still give you a river of slop.

Typically also see it when someone just starts using AI. They feel the need to use it in every post.

I think what grates me is that in the past if you had nothing to say in a thread, you just didn't post and moved on. Whereas now some people need to stop and first post an AI summary before they move on.
