The video is real FPV (first-person view) drone footage from the Russia-Ukraine war. Multiple accounts report that Russian forces themselves released the clip showing an operator tracking and striking a civilian on a bicycle near Kramatorsk in the Donbas region around 22 August 2026.

Orcs gonna orc. That is exactly why Putin and Russia needs to be destroyed as a concept and a country. They are a cancer for this world. We shouldn't negotiate with cancer.
Break up Russia into smaller independent countries that individually cannot control so much resources to cause other countries any more harm. They need the Japan after WW2 treatment.

Yeah i doubt the muricans will kill a cyclist and show it off to the world. Not the same situation
