Ramaphosa promises to cut municipal debt in South Africa by 30%

Sigh. Cyril, I know you will never hear this, or listen even if you did hear it, but as a taxpayer this is what I want to hear instead of the can kicking down the road nonsense spouted above:

1. I am going to put corrupt municipal, provincial, and national officials in jail
2. I am going to fire incompetent nepotistic appointments at all levels and hire competent civil servants
3. That will over time reduce debt as money is not stolen, and wastefully spent.

All you are doing now is throwing my tax money into the bottomless pit of ANC corruption and mismanagement. The only good thing the ANC has left to do for the country is getting out the way of those that actually care.
 
Easily possible when you are not paying 50% above market rate for every good, service and workforce.

Impossible to do when poor cadres need that 50% to buy their overpriced German cars
 
Next article will be about a 50% increase in prices for rates and taxes (well it's not as if they can increase it without a bit of headroom for cold drink money)
