Parliament sounds alarm over free Wi-Fi failures in South Africa

How about sounding alarms over the thousands of potholes.
 
The Portfolio Committee on Communications has raised concerns about the communications department underspending R200 million on its ambitious free Wi-Fi rollout.

Firstly check if there still is R200m.
 
Seems like they Running this rollout like a spaza shop.
 
Lots of excuses why not, and even more money missing from the cadre's care, just another day under ANC rule.
