‘We’re back and we are going to make some noise’: Pick n Pay’s asap! revolution

Here's a better idea than this annoying piece of crap.

Make your search better, and just improve your app and logistics infrastructure. Do those things and asap! will gain some market share.

Annoying "social media" crap will have the opposite effect.

Normally, shoppers will find a product they want to purchase on social media, then have to switch to their grocery app to order it.
Ok but...this isn't social media or the people they follow? Why on earth would they sit and watch some PNP produced content? Or am I missing something here.

Just as well you don’t have to step foot in them, then.
I still not sure what delivery would need to do with in store. Plus wonder if he knows you can select the store you want delivery from on the ASAP app.

Nope, I had the same thought. Which exec/product manager thought users would open the PnP app to watch content when they can get all the content they want on Faceboob/TikTok/insta/Youtube/whatever.

Checkers KIND of have the right idea with that whole Jamie Oliver thing and recipes that you can shop for the ingredients right there. No need for videos/content/etc... its just simple and easy.

Oh dear. My local store is a bit tired but at 30% back in eBucks I never have to step foot in the place.
And you don't even need to order from that store, you can select any store around you.

Indeed. For me there is only one in Hermanus and I’ll never buy meat or anything fresh from there anyway. But for all the dry goods it’s perfect. From bog roll to Ariel pods to beer and whisky, it’s a no brainer.
