Perhaps they can cross-reference these to the TV license database to get the addresses. I'm sure everyone that registered for these was required to have a valid TV license.
No, the authorities quickly scrapped that requirement already 14 years back or so.
So the "indigents" can get free water, electricity, municipal services, free WiFi and free tv aerial plus STB installation. Plus of course the social grants.
What a social welfare paradise, Magical Mzansi !
 
I am fscking surprised they can find that much in the first place.

Most addresses are like. "Stand 21, South Side, Ext 65, JHB.
