HI all, apologies for the delayed response.

We have techncians working in the DC this week for Cabinet maintenance :

There was an error made with one of the devices handling Openserve Traffic, which was promptly corrected shortly after.
Apologies for the interuption in this regard.
 
@CoolEscalator just wanted to say thanks again to the Cool team. Every time I’ve moved it’s been smooth and quick. Ordered on the 21st and done today! Line wasn’t running at full speed and support were patient and helpful while I diagnosed what ended up being a bad crimp on a point.

Huge thanks to Olwehtu, Ambani, Thuli, Irvin and Takalani. Efficient, helpful and just awesome as always.

Seems like simple maintenance being done remotely but only reason im double checking is bc in the email it says technicians *might need access inside your property.
Thanks, if its from the Vumatel.co.za domain, then its legit.
Yes sometimes techs may need access to your premises depending on the scope of work. Or may not.
I do see a couple of maintenances for the 27th to the 28th, butnot one specifically for 22:00 - 2am, only one from 21:00- am, but the timeslot could have been changed.
