HI all, apologies.
There was a configuration error made on a device in Cape Town, which affected multiple FNO's for a brief period in Western/Eastern Cape.

Issue should now be resolved.

This was not related to the ongoing maintenance in Cape Town, but a separate incident.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

One of my two OS lines in CT Southern Suburbs still hasn't come up yet. Both PON and Auth lights are off on the Nokia ONT. I have restarted the ONT and I observed the same behaviour.

This would unfortunately be an FNO side issue if the PON and Auth lights are off. Would you mind logging a ticket so that we can report it to Openserve?

What you can ensure in the meantime is that the fibre patch cable is firmly connected into the ONT
