Lanterns seems to want to make a point about rascism evident again in the second episide - lots of "white man" jabs. Hopefully they kill it and just focus on the story.

Such a pity, has such potential to make for a great series.

I'll chime in on your comment, a lot of series / movies get this constantly wrong nowadays, it's absurd that so many do this, because you really don't have to, are they trying to insert more "action" by doing this ? It's such a massive plot hole, and very difficult to just glance over for me personally, if you want to achieve some realism etc...

Law Enforcement Officers, FBI agents, Police, SWAT etc... using deadly force (AKA firing /shooting) at unarmed fleeing suspects, persons of interests, fugitives, perpetrators etc...
