Service stations would be paying about R243 more for the 80 litres of diesel required to fill up a double-cab Toyota Hilux or Ford Ranger bakkie.

Their stockpile reserves are near critical and their refinery infrastructure is not suited for their domestic production. By November this will either be over or the world will be forced to accelerate away from oil as it's main energy resource.
