I literally posted a pic of a map, where the frontline is vs where the incident took place. What you're saying is all in your head.

Nothing about liking X or Y, deliberately targeting an unarmed civilian non-combatant is a war crime whether X or Y do it.

Pro Russian logic any man woman or child residing in Russian claimed land not under their control whether riding a bike, selling vegetables or even reading a book is a legitimate target.
 
Ratcliffe is considered Hawkish when it comes to Russia. Chances are he did not come bringing an olive branch

A potential meeting with Putin was allegedly supposed to take place only if those talks went well — and, apparently, it never happened.Ivan Tkachev, head of the FSB’s Third Service (Military Counterintelligence Department), and Alexei Komkov, head of the Fifth Service, are both directly involved in Russia’s war against Ukraine.The Kremlin officially confirmed today only that Ratcliffe had been in contact with Russian intelligence officials, without naming them. Peskov also said that no meeting with Putin took place.
