Parent the children, do not use technology as a nanny, because you have no control of that nanny, and blaming this for the failure of you to parent is not an excuse. Till they are 16 the parents are both financially responsible, and legally liable, for whatever the children do, so if your child is doing this and you choose to ignore it, you are the problem, not the technology.
