Because they know they cannot do that there, because of all the complaints hey would get. Look at XJet, who is being hounded by his local council, mostly for pointing out in public they are a lot of two faced twats, and do not even know the regulations and laws they are supposed to uphold, and who do not want to have any dissent, banning Bruce from the council meetings that he, as a ratepayer, is legally allowed to attend and issue public comment at.

for a Prison colony they do like to complain a lot,
in aussie land they have some of the deadliest wildlife known to man
