I must admit I'm not prepared to go to war against the khaki army so early in the morning.

I'm saying that as a white person of British ancestry who also has mixed-race kids -- AfriForum's ideals clash with my own. This article is basically saying the same thing but more broadly for the perspective of the country as a whole.

BEE is focussed on uplifting previously disadvantaged communities and has had mixed results in doing so. It's no secret that BEE needs a redesign.

Self preservation is not unique to Afrikaners. If it came at the expense of "others" like during apartheid then questions would need to be asked, that's not the case anymore .

If anything, others should be learning from these people.

The wife and I tick all the boxes from an Afrikaner perspective, but that doesn't mean that I align myself with any particular group of Saffers - or want to move to Orania! I do, however, want to see that like-minded people band together to improve the current ****-show that the ANC has brought upon us!

If Afrikaners and Zulus want their own place in the sun, free to rule themselves, let them be. It's up to the rest of us Saffers to respect their wishes, BUT do not expect us to fund them as is currently the case with every tribe that has a king/queen that is sponging off the taxpayers!
