what about all the defenses with the blinding smokescreens, and the pepper gas and the expanding foam.
I mean have these guys moved away from breaking in to cell towers to steal batteries and now just breaking in to ATM's,

when they aren't at they day job of being in the construction/water/pothole mafia?

The 1990s called and want their news back. We’ve evolved to gangs from China and Pakistan stealing millions from widows.

This ATM problem is easy to solve, now go do it.

The South African way to solve the problem is for banks to put up a sign: "Warning, anglegrinding hotspot! If your ATM is being attacked, we apologise for the inconvenience, and ask you to kindly use another branch."

Hijacking Hotspot signs make me so mad. Only in this country will we know WHERE the crime happens and we still can't police it.
