Discovery reports R299 million operating loss on Vitality AI investment

It keeps flogging vitality on me when I open the Discovery app. We're getting spammed to death.
 
yet to have figured out what is the Ai even for, solution looking for a problem?

instead of fixing the Discovery app extreamly poor UI and frequent crashes, dumb ridiculous support
duplicate apps that seem redundant and confusing metrics,

no, what they did was build Ai that doesn't do anything better than Gemini or ChatGPT anyway.
hell ,I got more insight from exporting my wearable logs and asking Gemini directly.

Could be several, just as examples:
- Making some exec happy.
- Hoping to make more money, easily, or to replace an HR function with a computer.
- Something super altruistic.😂
