I've been watching a few videos and it's like believe all women, except when the woman says she did kill her kids... Then it's like naaah.
 
Luigi, this witch, Karmelo, Tyler Robinson... crazy the amount of support and sympathy murderers get in the crazy US.

Well, it's 9 women and 3 men on the jury (18 in total, 6 as alternates, 12 women and 6 men), and most of them will be very liberal in their thought process.

Let's save the killer instead. There's no sugar coating this unspeakable act against young children from a parent, there's no excuse ever, no matter what. It seems the ex-husband is a muppet as well.

In other words: her defence is: "my hormones made me do it". Male sex drive is also driven entirely by hormones, yet any defence attorney would get laughed out of court if they used the hormonal defence for a rapist. It isn't an excuse.
And if it is an excuse then every single woman on the planet cannot be in any position of responsibility, because they cannot be held liable for their actions due to hormones.

The real slam dunk against any insanity defence is that if the person isn't insane at trial, then they would have realised what they had done was an evil thing and tell their lawyer to take the first plea the prosecutors offer.

This is were the man is partially to blame. If your wife is seeing one psychiatrist, it is a huge red flag, but okay fine.

If she is shopping around for her 5th psychiatrist you either fix the situation with a PK or Divorce. Take the kids and run. Don't enable crazy.

There's no saving her, this isn't a trial for if she did it or not. This is to determine her sentence, life, long time or life in a psych ward

Mothers killing their kids because they might be inconvenient to them is the single hallmark policy of progressivism. Don't act surprised when the slippery slope is actually quite slippery.

This wasn't SIDS. Especially the two older kids were way past the age were that might be a risk. They were strangled.

If it happens it is truly a horrible tragedy.
But if you find exercise straps rapped around the kids neck who ever is responsible conservative or not should just get the death penalty.

Yeah, that was my point - no ways it was SIDS. Post I was replying to originally had some Twitter rando stating that this incident was proof that most cases of SIDS were actually murder, which I thought was a bizarre thing to say.

I'm sure people who have been through SIDS get plenty of support from those around them. Obviously those cases don't make international news, so they will get fewer people defending or attacking them. 🤔

With all the support for killing children it should definitely be investigated more.

And many of the "conservative" female commentators grifters were on the wrong side of this.

It seems to be a risk between certain ages and has been extensively investigated medically.

There have surely been some people who have "got away with murder" over the years, but I'm happy to stick with current medical practice around this in the absence of some new information.

One of the problems with the entire SIDs discourse is that it encourages people to put their babies in cribs instead of cosleeping. Which adds a huge amount of stress for new parents.

You can sleep perfectly safely with a baby in your bed if they are sleeping on your chest. They fall asleep and then you can get some sleep. Due to the calm and rational discussions that are held on mommy Facebook groups, that fact never creeps to the surface.
