Plan to combine 3 of the biggest cities in South Africa into a ‘Megatropolis’

ANC realises it is losing support in JHB and PTA, so they want to lump them together with Ekurhuleni to make up the numbers.

Can only imagine that this was a move they should have made more than 5 years ago. There is no way they'll ever get this through the door anymore with their number of seats in JHB or PTA anymore.

Also possible that they're going to get wrecked in Ekurhuleni this time around.

What? Are you saying they made a bad plan that will never work too late? Cannot be? Not this ANC....
