Interesting. Let’s see how this plays out. If there isn’t anything to hide I’m sure the mayor will quickly prove the debt to be paid.

Maybe the DA is finding it hard to believe it could be done since they were incapable of paying the R6. 7 billion Tshwane Eskom debt.

Anyway, Mayor said the debt is paid, Eskom acknowledged the payment, we move, no one has time for the DA's theatrics.

Maybe I'm blind but I don't see the word glitch anywhere. I see lots of arguing about what "submitted" means. This is where they find themselves, going to court to find out what a word means because they can't read a dictionary...
