The Eiffel Tower was closed on Monday after staff went on strike over female workers being removed for the visit of a Hindu religious group, workers and management said.

A delegation of around 100 people linked to the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) group visited the landmark in the French capital on Saturday.

Staff union representative Diane Davoine says as they arrived at the monument, women were told to move.

"During the visit of this delegation, women were asked to leave their places of work in order to place men there," she told Reuters. Davoine also said management had since apologised to workers over the incident.

"So that absolutely does not go down well with the employees, with women obviously, who are all humiliated by what happened, by the way some were treated," Davoine said.

WTAF. Cancel their visas and deport them back to their country. Any kind of religious nonsense should not be tolerated.

The frogs being so open minded their brains fell out

Of course if this was the religion of pieces the women would have shut it lest they be accused of being phobic. Or even worse... the tower blown up

Since they are pandering to religious groups, they should enforce Timothy 2:11-12 for the women when there are Christians present. Let's see how that works out.

Well his fan club has more blacks and browns than whites.

Just don't tell the southern Baptists.

Give a black or brown man some beads and he will believe in your sky daddy forever

And if the beads don't convince him the swords will

Something else the religion of pieces borrows very well from the mother religion
