Where to watch free streaming TV online?

This is the current SABC+ Linup. It's a m3u file with a txt extension as mybb don't allow it as just a m3u file

Watched the rugby game between France and Ireland using itvx and a vpn on my phone. Tried casting to my tv but started buffering so had to go back to my phone.

Normally use ITVX and iPlayer for 6 nations. Also for the Winter Olympics iPlayer is supposed to work.

These 540p ones have been working for over a week.
Longer term success appears to maybe depend on the type of link chosen, these are alternative "Master" links. If anyone needs to learn a way to find them instead then get Video DownloadHelper and tag me.
