Lithium battery/Inverter issue-advice?

I have a 5kva mecer inverter/charger and a single cfe 5100 lithium battery.
Until a few days ago it worked fine.
Today the eskom went off,the inverter kicked in.

Once the power came back the battery charged up normally.
The battery now however stays on for 5 min and shuts off even though fully charge?
I have performed a manual reset.

Any basic things i can try to remedy the situation?

Before this, Did you have discharge and charge the battery or was it kept at 100% most of the time

Is this a Sunsynk battery by chance?

I have the same battery, its known to have BMS issues from time to time. Change Battery settings from (BMS) Lithium to Voltage. Make sure that the voltage settings are according to factory specs. Run it like that for a day or 2, then change back to Lithium. It allows the BMS to recalibrate and then it is back to normal. Because the BMS is out of sync, what you see currently as 100% is actually at maybe 30% if you check the voltage of the battery.
