Putin is solely responsible for all the deaths and destruction caused by this juvenile war on both sides. He is a vile being and should be shot on site. How can anyone even have meetings with this POS to discuss peace proposals, then they want to act all civilized. How hasn't he been taken out already, it can't be that difficult.
