No service since 1 Sep.
Keep saying the same, "we are busy with it".
ok, fine, let cancel it. cancel before it should be cancelled by the end of the month.
then said, our policy changed for fiber it will take 2 months.
ok then, you keep that 2 months I will never be your customer again forever.

So now, I am going to pay 2 months without any service.

it all started to go wrong when ISPs could no longer get good service from the FNOs.

The FNO's have all the power and no incentive to fix it, until we get some overbuilding to introduce competition. Afrihost used to be one of the few ISPs with some power over them.

But these days the FNO's have all the power, they set the prices, the minimum service levels, the turnaround times.

Hi.
My apologies for the inconvenience caused. Do you have a ticket ID?

That is not what the CPA says. You can give 20 business days notice so basically 1 month. Tell them they in contravention of the CPA.

They can hit you with early termination costs if there are any disclosed up front on your contract.
