In 1995, I used to get 700 rands as a salary and it was enough for 10 of us in family. Now, with R70000 salary, can't feed even 2 of us.

Yes, I see all those people in tennis courts, padel courts and pickleball courts. Everyone is really struggling - you know padel court is R400 per hour now ? Good grief, what are we going to do, marietjie?

Sad reality is that the vast majority of people are a lot poorer now than they were then, the reasons are plentiful, but bad governance and the ANC are very high up that list.
