SA Politics Part 14 - The New Dawn turns to Dusk

Possibly the worst idea for a court case ever conceived by Mbalula. Just free publicity to show how the Libationers couldn’t follow basic instructions, lied about it, tried to blame someone else, then got owned in public. They will ultimately not be able to register their candidates (and be in the same position as prior to the court case), except now everyone knows they lied. Lovely own goal

Tops is reporting a hacking attempt on it's stock system.

Somebody from the Eastern Cape tried changing the names of Johnny Walker, Captain Morgan, Jim Bean, Jack Daniel, Jose Cuervo, Remy Martin, Shirley Temple etc to names of ANC politicians in the area.

Never close voting on Phuza Friday.

What a good story ANC has since 1994. Bunch of planks

The economy contracted by 0.2% in the second quarter, its first decline since the third quarter of 2024, as mining, manufacturing and trade went backwards.

Yet household spending increased 0.4%, contributing 0.3 percentage points to growth and cushioning what would otherwise have been a considerably larger contraction.

If spending is increasing but gdp decreasing then money has to come from somewhere, probably more debt

Sort of fits into their modus operandi where they have barely competed in any by-elections as well. They are afraid of voters.
Maybe they have realised how upset DA people become when they are ignored, it's like the whole DA campaign revolves around ActionSA, almost like it becomes very irrelevant without ActionSA, you should be excited about Zille and whatever she said at the debate, but it looks like you are more upset that Mashaba was not there to hear what Zille had to say.

Small parties like ASA need as much publicity as they can get as they don't have the resources to compete with the ANC and DA. It tells me all I need to know about how badly polling is going that Mashaba couldn't be bothered to turn up. For example, the DA has already put up posters around CT in my area and surrounds demonstrating a well-oiled machine.

Ask yourself why you are so stressed about them if they are so insignificant? Ever since that debate happened, I have never seen a single DA supporter here talking about what Zille was saying, all you were concerned about was Mashaba's absence, what does that tell you?

I'm not stressed at all. I just told you what my interpretation of Mashaba missing the debate means.

Let's compare timelines to see who speaks more about who, and whose campaign is based on who...

This chap loves to project his feelings on everyone. He is stressed, panicking and freaking out. So everyone else’s posts are all motivated by the same feelings. It’s very telling
