Don't be silly, Thaba Chweu Local Municipality is obviously in the Ehlanzeni District Municipality, with the main towns of Mashishing (aka Lydenburg) and Pilgrim's Rest, everyone knows that... /s

Anyway, to help the reader, the author could've just said tourist stuff like Sabie or God's window or something which would've helped immensely.

Was going to make a smart ass comment about them living in a dark place already but I see that Thaba Chweu Local Municipality includes places like Bourkes luck Potholes, Sudwala caves and God's Window, so actually a pretty cool part of the country.
