Payflex verification getting personal.

I have been an active member of payflex for the last 4 years, i made plenty of purchases to the value of over:R150 000.
Never missed a payment.
All of the sudden, they are asking me to verify my account, but the automatic verification failed.
I sent them a photo of my with my ID and now they are asking me "Please clarify who xxx xxx is and what your relationship with them is. " (She is my partner ).

Now I am seriously annoyed, How do they even know about her, and what does she have to do with my account?why do I need to be verified after i have been paying them for 4 years?

Can I demand all the information they have about me to be sent to me?Like google and similar companies do?

Maybe you're being pfished.
 
Anyways, sent them a long AI generated email asking them for all the information they have about me and how they obtained it.
I also confirmed she is my partner i guess not harm in that.
