SA must stop funding your corrupt cadres and their blue lambo fetish then the economy can grow and a basic income grant becomes less of an issue to fund your voting base, though when they have a job and earn money they probably won't be your voting base.

ANC are delusion and must be removed from power before people with low incomes simply give up and stop working completely. If you didn't bother getting educated enough to read and write you will never hold anything more than a menial job at the lowest salary scale and you will always be a drain on society.
