I think he set a record for the highest price paid in Bishopscourt when he bought the place in 2024. It was clearly not too shabby at that stage, so despite his renovations I doubt he'll be getting anywhere near the asking price.
 
One can say what you want about the BBC and legacy media in general - that doesn’t change the fact that Steven Bartlett is an absolute tool - and taking anything from his podcast as serious advice, is something someone would do at your own peril

If people are silly enough to believe a nepo baby over medical expert professionals, it's on them.

I don't go to a plumber on advice on how to get my car's transmission repaired. I don't ask a cardiologist which is the best roof leak repair product.

But if the CEO id1ot doesn't have an open disclaimer saying that his info is his personal uniformed opinion, then hopefully he can get deliciously sued for thinking expertise in his narrow management field makes him some sort of medieval scholar - people who were alchemists, chemists, mathematicians, theologians, sociologists, doctors and more.

Why should he have a disclaimer?
 
The only reason to pay even a fleeting moment's attention to this dude's podcast is due to the guest he has on (even then, maybe just the clips), otherwise it's a hell no. The guy is super out of touch from the reality of middle-class life anyways.

And every week he has a different guest spouting a self optimisation "hack" or insight, contradicting last weeks "hack" while Bartlett looks on with slack jawed amazement and begs you to like subscribe and consume more huel. He is just a male coded version of Gwinnith Paltro/Rhoda Byrne. It works for them getting ludicrously wealthy of their simps loyal followers

Because a disclaimer costs nothing and is the ultimate way out.
If you're not fit to offer health related advice, say so upfront lest you be sued or even locked up one day when someone does follow this advice and does something stupid.

It's rational and reasonable.

I’ve actually never listened to his podcast but I know what a nepo baby is and when looking him up, he clearly isn’t one. See, I’m not afraid to look up things I don’t know. So go ahead, look up what nepo baby means. Unless you’d like me to do it for you?
