Cheapest cellphone that can hotspot

[astrauss]

I'm looking for recommendations for the cheapest cellphone to be used purely for hotspotting. Only other requirement is to be able to use the USSD short code menus

I played with a Telkom Citrus LTE phone it was R199 at OK Furniture store. It has the ability to do Hotspot.

Never tried it but it must be the cheapest phone with LTE and Hotspot features.

I saw an MTN one in Incredible going for R199 on special. Sometimes they do have decent specials.
