Shame poor lady.

I drove on Corlett drive the other day and found it so strange, on the bottom near the high way, you have Lamborghini and Bently Dealership, and then as you drive up another block it looks run down – and a another block away are high end apartments in Melrose Arch, but not far away is another pawn shop.

If it sounds like I'm trying to be funny, I'm not. You be amazed at what crims get away with and the amounts involved, the levels of pressure required to get some of these stations to actually do anything, nvm what you'd expect.

There is a reason average Joe Public has lost faith in SAPS, why many high level arrests are "intelligence driven". Clue: There is fokol intelligence at most stations, it takes somebody knowing somebody high up in SAPS to dish up a perp, typically the private security groups (many ex cops themselves) or some international LE request with evidence.
