'Hold your enemy closer' springs to mind. No one is friends with SARS, how could anyone think kindly of any organisation, not matter how just or legal, that is actively supporting the looting being done by government itself. People in fact do not hate SARS and they in general do not have a problem paying what they owe, they do however have a very big problem facilitating criminals to fleece them further.
