love the butcher breaking down the pieces using a knife and saw and cleaver

but the braai part

few things i would have done different

ribs - lamb ribs ..slow and slow and slow for me always turns out so good - it was missing

he burnt that boerie ...i have a weber and used it for years ..even closing the lid would have burnt that boerie furked up

who cooks chicken in the oven and finishes on the braai and says let the oven work for you ..i always do spatchcock whole and takes me about 90mins and 99% of the time get it right

also i cant eat cold meat ...i braai in order of lenght of cook time

chicken, sausage, chops and then steak

but good video, good variety to show the world

oh and i know 90% of you here love just braai salt or something

anyone of you ever try marinate on chops or dry spices but with ginger and garlic

my steaks i always do half salt and pepper and half the time a masala marinate

and dont tell me marinate burns ...you cant braai if you burn a marinate which is lots of sugar

so my go to if i marinate my own chops is always ginger garlic, six gun, aminas chops and steak and a little bit of jimmys or lappies

the six gun has msg and is so good
