Kimi wouldn't even be in the top 3 luckiest. Talented with the right machinery delivers.
People forget that even as such a young man he has a trophy cabinet full of many, many race wins and championships. There's a theme to his career -- Once he starts winning in a particular series he just doesn't stop. There are lots of similarities between him and Verstappen and Hamilton.
We haven't even seen him scythe through the field in wet conditions yet (which will happen).

I've been thinking he's better than both of those, but time will tell.

Yeah well maybe F1/Liberty can stop with their street circuit fetish. If F1 is struggling for action on traditional circuits, what makes people think a street circuit will be any better?

If they wanted another Spanish GP, they should have gone to Aragon.

If that is the case they will probably move the BAHRAIN and SAUDI races to MADRID :crying:

I am going to cut the Madring some slack and say that yeah, they got it wrong on the first attempt but there is room for improvement. I feel some tweaks here and there should improve the spectacle. Whether said tweaks will completely transform the track into a winner would remain to be seen.

F1 needs to call a moratorium on street circuits now at least on a permanent calendar basis. The US should alternate Florida and Vegas - probably would be better off for it. The Middle East has no excused for a street circuit.

I don't think so. They are going to drive very safe to keep the cars intact for the qualifying the same afternoon. At least we will be getting 2 qualifying sessions.
I disagree here. It's mid-season and the entire field will try put their car on pole for the sprint and most know this circuit backwards.

Max versus 100 tonight.

No VPN and no Disney Plus = anyone have a quick way to watch the race?
