The municipality that paid just R2,780 of a R12 million monthly bill

I don't often feel sorry for Eskom but I do, on occasion feel for them having to deal with these corrupt municipalities.
 
Eskom = Government, and government did promise to give blacks everything for free is they voted ANC, so government is scoring own goals at an ever-increasing rate, I have no sympathy, time to get rid of the ANC and other fringe commie parties.
