US hands over 64 smuggled artefacts to China in diplomatic push before summit

How do you know they're delusions if you're not allowed to look at them?

I haven't looked at that particular content, so I can't comment on it, yet...
. you guys on the other hand have some special ability to judge the content without actually looking at it..... which conveniently also means you never have to entertain a thought without necessarily accepting it.

This falls under the oxymoron 'agnostic atheist'.

You just cannot allow yourself to say, "I don't have enough information, yet, to either confirm or deny."

Priests who burned Bruno at the stake/persecuted Galileo were narrow-minded not because they took a different view to the unusual one, it was because they refused to even look through his telescope to see for themselves.

They were too bone-headed to even look!
yea - yadda yadda yadda
and you somehow fail to see the irony of your passing judgement in your very own post

and again, as many here have pointed out to you - try practice what you preach

you remind me of someone who used to frequent theses parts.
known for walls of text, without saying anything of value.
a committed libertarian & certifiable nutjob,

many may remember him - his name was paul hjul.

Isn't that easily explained by the tendency to conflate agnostic and gnostic?

Where the agnostic says, I reserve judgement on 'X,' and the gnostic says.... I know all about 'X' and it's bunk.

Many?

You mean Brian_G?

I can count Brian_G on one finger.... unless you count Mrs G ( @cat41 ), which appears to be a joint account of sorts.

Value is subjective.

Can you quote some of his contributions, which show the similarity?

All the items in Israeli museums have weird pieces of them missing, every single one.
The transition from Polytheism to Monotheism required erasing history.

Monuments portray history.

The ancient Hebrews would not go anywhere near YHWH, if they had a choice.

They venerated other, more humane gods... like Ashera.

Ashera by the looks of things is/was a civilizing god. As opposed to a genocidal control-freak.

p.s. Ashera is still celebrated/venerated in both Israel and Brazil

Yeah no. The Egyptian authority in charge of their history is completely incompetent and politically motivated, and corrupt.
When the written history doesn't align with people living there there will be issues since they're promoting fake identity.

Take 2 minutes then to verify it before spreading bunk.
lexity: [Draws attention to an unusual claim].

robinsonia: Stop spreading bunk.

Can the rest of you now see what I mean?

He thinks it's dangerous to look for yourself and make a judgement for yourself.

It's as though everything he looks at will convince him.

As though he has no individual responsibility to distinguish between fact and fiction.

I didn't make a judgement.

I drew attention to a claim.... so you could judge for yourself... which is apparently an absolute no-no for you.
Quite the contrary, I judged it bunk. You said you hadn’t verified it, but reposted it anyway.

So, no, judging for yourself wasn’t something you did.
