Need assistance with stuck Frogfoot line in Sea Park (Port Shepstone)
Order placed on 3 Sept, but caught in an ISP/FNO loop:

• Cool Ideas Ticket: 4156121
• FSAN: CIGG26100C81
  
  
  
• Status: Frogfoot ONT has solid PON light and LAN1 (moved to LAN2 as per CISP instruction 19 Sep) link to router WAN. Cudy router configured for PPPoE, but no IP is offered by Cool Ideas gateway.
• Frogfoot closed the ticket claiming configuration is complete, but CISP picks up no traffic.

Could a CISP rep or engineer please check the S-VLAN / C-VLAN mapping for this FSAN on the Frogfoot portal? Thank you!

We managed to find the order, apologies for the frustration but it is the ping pong of us logging it. Then Frogfoot making a change, us coming back. Rinse repeat.

Good day, yes, my connection issues have been resolved - Frogfoot did not contact me at all, I believe Cool Ideas resolved the issues them self with Frogfoot
