The very fact the "meat man" doesn't worry about SARS is why his business is still going and succeeding. Once that behemoth gets its claws into you, they skim the cream off of your Irish Coffee so to speak, leaving you with barely enough to get by until the next month of PAYE/UIF, bi-monthly VAT and annual or bi-annual tax payments.
The government has taxed this country into the poor house.

If the meat man made it so far, good luck to him as far as I am concerned. Nothing will happen to him anyway; he has no paperwork as mentioned in the article and he is from the previously disadvantaged group and can simply plead ignorance.

My only gripe is that he appears to be collecting social benefits when he shouldn't.
