It's a great beach, once you get there.

But as always, a few spoil it for the rest.

From a security point of view, it's a bit too remote and isolated for my liking.

SA law considers all beaches as public property. Which means one group of people don’t get to claim it and ruin it for others.

Personally, I actually think it would be beneficial to have some beaches be made private under certain conditions.

Like leasing certain secluded and remote beaches to private resorts isn’t really that much different than the private lodges in the Kruger park.

So it's ok on other beaches? This is interesting. Male toplessness is technically nudity but is not illegal while female toplessness is still illegal on beaches in SA.

I'd actually prefer all beaches and designated recreational areas to be nudity friendly rather than have anything concentrated in one area. When a beach becomes optional it usually results in naturist and nudist groups viewing it as having special legal status despite it having the same as other public spaces.

That beach has been widely known as a nudist beach for many a decade. It's never been a big deal for anyone.
