Eskom faces R358 billion in debt by 2031 because municipalities don’t pay their bills

And they will make it our problem as the cadres in the municipality must eat and there's no consequences for collecting the money for electricity and spending it elsewhere or stealing it.
 
ag dont worry man...push it up 15% to make up for it...maintain your fat exec bonuses on your fake profits...
 
Money isn't ringfenced so they spend it as they see fit then tell Eskom they can't pay.
