Not sure if true, but Willem Petzer said that more land was expropriated during Apartheid itself from whites to enlarge black homelands than after 94. Also, lots of land owned by the government not transferred to beneficiaries and when they do transfer, they don't give title deeds.
 
Land != magical success stories in wealth creation

Most recipients end up selling it and if the guavament wants it back they will simply cease it again

The entire concept is designed to destroy value
 
The only threat to SA are the people of the old (1994) and new anc.

Even the statistics on who has what show that blacks are not the poor homeless victims they portrayed as, more black than white homeowners already.
