So, a normal business transaction is now a "payday" for the supplier....

MyBroadband needs to come up with new catch phrases all the time. Now it is richest/province/city/town and possible contenders for catchphrase of the month seems to be Payday and Best News

When will our public service officials and leaders start looking at what is happening in the EU and even China?

MS on the other hand will gladhand and get the contract, while disclosing it in fine flyspec font on the annual shareholder reports, and putting it under "vendor relations" in the budgeting.
