The problem with that (and likely why nobody else is even considering it) is the time taken from planning to production is around a decade, followed by several years after that to break even. I don't think anyone expects the bubble to last nearly that long.

AFAIK, product is still moving with these high prices. I am not talking about business acquisitions; I am talking about the everyday consumer. Some people have wealth.

Yes they are, but if you increase global capacity to meet last year's demand, prices will reach all time lows. The ROI isn't there - it's like buying hardware today to mine Bitcoin in 2037.
