Power just restored in the areas in question (there was no outage on my street), and as such, net also fully restored.

Yes there appears to have been a few areas down in CPT due to power failure.
I believe it was restored around 20:30, but not sure why you remained down. Glad you are back up though
@PBCool Oracle Cloud AS31898 no longer peers with route servers. Are you guys keen to maybe reach out to setup bilateral at JINX or NAP JHB? Latency is fine from my instance to you but it is via transit.
