Client takes Cartrack to consumer watchdog over rejected R150k claim

Maybe he said he didn't realise they'd cut him off and they said if he'd tested the system he would've known.
 
He didn't pay
This is interesting because neither of the two parties consider the contract or service canceled over a few missed payments otherwise.

If he has a history of making irregular payments and cartrack have accepted yeah this guy just pays whether in the past without canceling the service he might have a strong case.
 
My opinion trackers are a scam. It is probably the tracker employees stealing cars.

Never get one.
 
March-June of non payment - he's pushing it.
Probably find he never had insurance or that lapsed as well.
