In my life I have seen it repeatedly, the lesser competents rise to the top.. always, it's a law of nature I suppose.

Also try getting any kind of service / support from them. Absolutely useless company. The only thing they've got is good physical infastructure but beyond that they seem to have become a corporate giant in service of upper management salaries.
