This is not a nice thing to say but a lot of these social issues is happening because they don't wrap up. If you already have fckng nothing, why still bring a kid into that circumstances. Sassa should ideally only be given to people whose tubes have been tied.

It's one of those mysteries even I try to understand. Maybe one is not willing to sacrifice their lineage for a better life.

On the plus side though, it does appear though that the trend is on a decline, nearing the replacement rate. Although SA probably needs a reduction in population given the unemployment.

as Zumatello so aptly demosntrated, thieving corrupt ANC cnuts can't count to R21 billion

better tell us how many top of the line BMWs that buys, that's a unit of measure they are most familiar with
